Plant-specific technical training
Training is tailored to the client’s actual equipment, process configuration, control philosophy, operating procedures and real operating problems. It can be delivered to field operators, panel or DCS operators, and maintenance crews as initial training, refresher training, troubleshooting training, start-up preparation, or part of a commissioning package.
The objective is not to memorise isolated steps. Personnel learn the big picture: how systems interact, what changes during abnormal conditions, the consequences of actions, and why each procedure exists.
International experience
